Safety Officer Stewart, Hosewoman Nava, Fire Police Captain Christian, as well as Firefighters Kern and Leed spent time yesterday with the residents of Ware Presbyterian VIllage sharing information about fire, cooking, and trips and falls safety.

Union Fire Company members as well as 20 other vendors from the Oxford community were able to share information and interact with the residents to raise awareness and to interact in a safe and positive environment that let the residents feel welcomed and comfortable.

Organizer Tami Bennett said the turnout of vendors and residents was amazing and she loved seeing the tons of smiles during all of the interactions between residents and community members.
