At 2150 hours Friday evening the Union Fire Company No 1 was dispatched for a single engine to assist the Kennett, Po-Mar-Lin, and Longwood Fire companies on a residential fire on the 100 block of Knoxlyn Farm Dr in Kennett Township.

Engine 21-2 responded with 6 members. The crew of Engine 21-2 arrived and assisted with fire suppression efforts on the 2nd floor of the dwelling, as well as completing multiple tasks on the fire ground. Crews operated for approximately 4 hours prior to returning to Oxford.
