The Union Fire Company No. 1 is profiled in the February 2012 issue of The Maryland Fire Dispatch Magazine. The article tells the story of the fire company's origins and highlights the 140 year history. Pictures of some of our current and retired apparatus accompany the story.

This magazine is favorite among surrounding companies as it publishes apparatus, fire and rescue incidents, and general fire service news from around the area. Every other month the magazine is distributed throughout Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
