Commonwealth Mourns Death of Trooper

The Officers and Members of the Union Fire Company extend our sympathies to the Pennsylvania State Police on the sudden passing of one of their troopers. Trooper 1st Class Donald Brackett suffered a medical emergency while on duty and died at Aria Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia. Trooper Brackett was a 17-year veteran of the PSP and was assigned to Troop K. He was also 10-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps retiring at the rank of Captain. Memorial tee shirts are available (link below) with the proceeds going directly to his family.
