County-Wide Burn Ban Extended Until December 26th
By Union Watchdesk
November 20, 2024
This morning, the Chester County Commissioners extended the County-Wide burn ban for an additional 30 days. This ban is now in effect until December 26th, 2024.
No outdoor burning is permitted during this time.
This extension is crucial in ensuring the safety of our residents, and to reduce the chance of wildfire.
Union crews have responded to numerous incidents relating to the burn ban over the last 30 days, some of which extended to multi acre brush fires.
